- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 12 tortillas
Directions

1Brown and drain ground meat.

2Put back in skillet and soften onion and meat; add Cheddar cheese.

3Cook into meat and heat until cheese melts into meat.

4Heat tortillas in microwave until soft. Place soups and green chilies in double boiler and heat with milk and 1 pound Velveeta cheese.

5Pour over tortillas.

6Cook 20 minutes at 400°.
