- 16 oz. ground beef
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Fry ground beef and onions in large frying pan.

2Add the 3 cans of soup and milk to meat mixture.

3Mix well.

4Stir in green chilies and simmer while preparing tortillas.

5Dip tortillas in hot oil (or water) for a few seconds to soften.

6After all tortillas are ready, spread bottom of baking dish with just enough meat mixture to cover bottom of dish.

7Layer tortillas on top of this, overlapping tortillas.

8Spoon more meat mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.

9Put another layer of tortillas, meat and cheese.

10Layer until all meat mixture is used, ending with meat and cheese.

11Bake in oven at 350° until hot and bubbling.

12(Chicken can be used instead of beef.)
