- 4 small cans green chilies
- 2 small cans chopped olives
- 2 to 3 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 lb. red rind cheese, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 large pkg. corn tortillas
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain and add onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

2Grate cheese; add chilies and olives (set aside). Heat soups together.

3Cook tortillas (keep them hot).

4Alternately put meat mixture and cheese mixture in tortillas.

5Roll and put in long baking pans.

6Pour soups over top of tortillas.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
