  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley or 3 Tbsp. dried
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Place rice in greased baking dish.

    Beat the egg and add the other ingredients; pour over rice.

    Cover to cook.
