- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Place rice in greased baking dish.

2Beat the egg and add the other ingredients; pour over rice.

3Cover to cook.

4Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
