Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of parsley flakes

Directions

    Cook rice in 2 cups of water until done. Cook broccoli only slightly and drain.

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Combine all ingredients, saving some cheese for top. Place in greased casserole and bake uncovered at 325° for 30 minutes.
