- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 (4 oz.) jar cheese whiz
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/8 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in melted oleo.

2Then add broccoli and water chestnuts.

3Mix soup, cheese whiz and rice together and then add to other ingredients.

4Mix well. Put into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
