  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar cheese whiz
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/8 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in melted oleo.
  2. 2
    Then add broccoli and water chestnuts.
  3. 3
    Mix soup, cheese whiz and rice together and then add to other ingredients.

    Mix well. Put into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
