- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions with tops
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine broth and rice in medium saucepan.

2Bring to a boil; stir.

3Reduce heat to low; cover.

4Simmer without stirring, 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

5(Do not remove lid during cooking.)

6Remove saucepan from heat; stir in parsley, onions and butter.

7Cover; keep warm until ready to serve.
