  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 c. green bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook onions in oil until soft, but not brown.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Cover and bake in a 350° oven until rice is done.
