  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Saute margarine, celery and onions.

    Mix with soup, cheese and broccoli.

    Add rice.

    Pour into long, greased casserole dish. Cook 30 minutes in 350° oven.
