- 1 c. raw rice (3 c. cooked)
- 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 cube margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
- 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.

3Combine all ingredients, mix well.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.

5May be made ahead, frozen, then baked.

6Makes a large amount.
