  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • broccoli, chopped and cooked
  • 2 c. raw Minute rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in margarine.

    Add Cheez Whiz, broccoli and rice; stir.

    Add mushroom soup and water; combine in casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
