- 1 stick margarine
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 3/4 c. american cheese
- 1 3/4 c. rice, cooked
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 c. mushroom soup
Directions

1Saute onions and celery

2in margarine until tender.

3Thaw broccoli.

4Mix these ingredients well.

5Add cheese, water chestnuts, rice and mushroom soup.

6Bake in 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
