- 3 c. cooked white rice
- 1 c. chopped spinach or parsley or combination
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion or scant 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Toss rice and spinach together.

3Add eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion.

4Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch, oblong baking dish.

5Sprinkle butter and cheese over rice.

6Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
