- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 4 to 6 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapeno chilies
- Salt

1In a food processor or blender, puree tomatillos, cilantro, onion, 4 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 tablespoon chilies until smooth.

2Taste, then add more lime juice and chilies if desired. Add salt to taste. Serve, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
