- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green chili salsa
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup grated monterey jack cheese
Directions

1Pound chicken breast (between 2 pieces plastic).

2Put oil in skillet,Brown chicken on both sides.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Place chicken into casserole dish.

5In same skillet put chicken broth and sour cream mix together and heat.

6Pour mixture over chicken.

7Spoon salsa over chicken.

8Top with grated cheese.

9Bake in 350°F oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
