Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) can green peeled chilies, diced
  • 1/8 c. dried or 3/4 c. fresh parsley
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/8 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. flour

Directions

    Mix the soup with equal amount of water; put it in the mixer. Rejuvenate the onion in about 1/4 cup of water.

    When the onion is soft, put it in the mixer with the soup.

    Mix all the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of the flour, at high speed so it is a creamy consistency.

    Cook for about 5 minutes.

    Add enough flour to thicken to the desired thickness.

    Taste during the process.

    Add salt and pepper as your taste sees fit.
