  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1/2 whole Granny Smith Apple, Peeled And Cored And Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed (optional)
  • 1/2 whole Banana, Chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
