- salt
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 18 butter-flavored crackers (such as Ritz)
- 2 oz. Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh marjoram
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Meanwhile, sprinkle tomatoes with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.

3Place tomatoes in a single layer in an oiled 9- by 13-inch baking dish.
