- 6 c. green tomatoes (ground)
- 6 c. white sugar
- 1 large (6 oz.) box red raspberry gelatin (can use strawberry and blackberry, dry)
Directions

1Mix ground tomatoes and sugar in a large pan.

2Heat and stir until boiling.

3Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

4Add gelatin.

5Cool slightly.

6Put in plastic container and freeze.

7When using, store in refrigerator.

8Will keep about two weeks.
