  • 12 c. sliced green tomatoes
  • 4 c. chopped bell pepper (part red)
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. pickling (canning) salt
  • 3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 6 c. sugar

Directions

    Put salt on sliced tomatoes and let set 1 hour, then drain. Then put other ingredients in and cook 8 or 10 minutes.

    Put in jars and place in a cold pack cooker and cook to a good boil for 10 minutes.
