- 2 c. green tomatoes
- 3 c. thin sliced apples
- 2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. butter
Directions

1Put tomatoes in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes; peel off skins. Thinly slice tomatoes enough for 2 cups.

2Mix all together, place in pie shell and dot with butter.

3Place top crust, make steam holes in top crust and flute the edges.

4Bake at 425° for 50 to 60 minutes.
