  • 1 doz. corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. cheese, grated (sharp Cheddar)
  • 1 large can diced green chilies
  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1 can mushroom soup, thinned with milk
  • oil (to grease baking dish)

Directions

    Dip tortillas in hot oil for an instant, then in soup.

    Layer 3 tortillas with hamburger, cheese, onion and chilies.

    Repeat.

    When all is used, pour remaining soup over and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350° the tortillas with cheese on top.
