  • 2 or more lb. collards, kale, turnip greens
  • 1 lb. smoked ham hocks, smoked turkey or any smoked meat
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • pinch of sugar

Directions

    Wash and remove stems from greens.

    Wash again to remove any grit.

    (If large collards, cut into small pieces.)
