- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Pre-mix flour, cinnamon and parsley in small container. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

2Melt butter in frying pan; add chicken and brown on both sides.

3Remove from pan.

4Add pre-mixed ingredients to the frying pan, along with the garlic. Stir chicken in slowly, then add orange juice.

5Stir well; bring to a boil.

6Then reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer for 50 minutes.

7Add mandarin oranges and simmer 10 minutes more.
