- 1 bunch medium asparagus
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat a grill or grill pan.

2In a pot of boiling water add salt and asparagus and cook for 1 minute to blanch.

3Remove asparagus from pot, and plunge into a bowl of ice water, to cool.

4Pat asparagus dry, drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

5Put asparagus on a heated grill.

6Grill for about 2 minutes, turning once or so.
