- 1/2 cups Butter (use The Real Thing!)
- 1 cup Vinegar (white Or Cider)
- 3 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 whole Chicken, cut up, or you can use a combination of chicken parts
Directions

1Preheat grill.

2Heat sauce ingredients (butter, vinegar, salt, water) in a saucepan to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4Bathe each chicken piece in sauce and then cook on hot grill, basting with the sauce and turning often.

5Cook until juices run clear.

6(Discard leftover sauce after cooking)

7The trick is to slowly cook the chicken while basting and turning.

8Could take up to 45 minutes to cook but keep a close eye on it.

9You need someone to man the grill while this chicken cooks but the time and effort is worth it!
