  • 1/2 cups Butter (use The Real Thing!)
  • 1 cup Vinegar (white Or Cider)
  • 3 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 whole Chicken, cut up, or you can use a combination of chicken parts

    Preheat grill.

    Heat sauce ingredients (butter, vinegar, salt, water) in a saucepan to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Bathe each chicken piece in sauce and then cook on hot grill, basting with the sauce and turning often.

    Cook until juices run clear.

    (Discard leftover sauce after cooking)

    The trick is to slowly cook the chicken while basting and turning.

    Could take up to 45 minutes to cook but keep a close eye on it.
