Grilled Everyday Corn

  • 6 ears sweet corn fresh
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons rub Fire & Flavor's Everyday
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco cheese crumbled
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Directions

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pull husks back away from corn, but leave husks intact. Remove silk from corn and pull husks back over corn. Soak corn in water for 30 minutes. Place on grill and cook until husks are charred and kernels are tender, about 7 minutes on each side.

    Allow corn to cool slightly, pull husks back and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle rub over corn on all sides, arrange on platter and top with crumbled cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
