- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Essence
- 2 pounds lamb chops
- Fresh rosemary branches
- Aged balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Preheat a grill to medium.

2In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Essence over the lamb chops.

3Place on the grill, 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

4Turn chops over and lay 1 rosemary branch on top of each chop.

5When at desired temperature, remove from grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
