- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. lemon
- 1 1/2 lb. mahimahi
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Melt butter and add remaining ingredients, except the fish and lemon wedges. After stirring well, add the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.

2Broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

3Serve with lemon wedges.
