- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 t lime zest
- 1 t chili powder
- 3/4 c finely crumbled feta cheese
- 2 t finely minced cilantro
- 4 lime wedges
Directions

1pull back, do not remove husks. remove silks. soak themin water for 30 minutes. While corn soaking, mix mayonnaise, chili powder and lime zest. place ears on grill and cook turning until cooked about 20-25 mintues total. remove husks and brush each ear with mixture then sprinkle or roll corn in feta cheese and cilantro add more chili powder if desired. serve with a wedge of lime
