Grilled Mustard Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • spicy brown mustard (enough to cover chicken entirely)
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

    Put chicken breast in a one gallon ziplock bag and add enough spicy brown mustard to cover all of the chicken (BE GENEROUS).

    Close the bag and massage mustard into chicken peices thourougly then place into the refrigerator to marinate (atleats 2-3 hours).

    When it's time to cook heat grill and while that is warming up place butter and minced garlic into small sauce pan and heat until butter is melted.

    Place chicken on grill and baste with butter, close lid and let cook 5 minutes, turn chicken over and baste again and cook until done.

    I usually will baste the chicken several times on each side to keeep it moist.
