- 1 pineapple medium
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or non-hydrogenated soy margarine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
Directions

1Cut pineapple crosswise into six 3/4-inch-thick slices.

2Stir together butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Grill pineapple slices on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 6 to 8 minutes or till heated through, turning once and brushing once or twice with butter mixture.

3Combine yogurt and coconut.

4To serve, cut pineapple slices in half. Serve warm with yogurt.
