Grilled Pineapple

- 4 slices fresh pineapple (about 1 1/2 in)
- 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ground pepper
Directions

1Slash the tops of the pineapple in a crisscross pattern.

2Broil until the pineapple turns caramel, but not brown.

3Boil the lemon juice and honey in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.

4Remove from heat to cool, and season to taste with pepper.

5Serve as is, or with a scoop of ice cream.
