  • 2 slices fresh pineapple (3/4 inch)
  • 2 anaheim chilies
  • 1 jalapeno chile
  • 2 slices white onions (1/2 inch)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

    In a bowl, toss pineapple, anaheim and jalapeno chilies, and onion slices together in the olive oil.

    Grill until soft and browned, about 10 minutes.

    Pull tops off chiles.

    Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
