- 4 to 6 Red Bliss potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- fresh minced garlic
- garlic powder
- oregano
- butter
- olive or vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut potatoes into chunks.

2Place on large piece of Reynolds Wrap.

3Mince approximately one clove of fresh garlic over potatoes.

4Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.

6Pour 3 tablespoons of olive/vegetable oil on top.
