- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 splashes Worcestershire sauce
- Dash salt and pepper

4Pour the marinade over the radicchio slices, letting them soak for a few minutes before placing on the grill.
