- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 lb. large raw shrimp (in shell)
Directions

1In bowl, stir together oil, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Add shrimp; mix well.

2Cover.

3Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

4Lift shrimp from marinade and drain.

5Reserve marinade.

6Place on lightly greased grill 2 to 4 inches above a bed of hot coals. Cook, basting several times with marinade, turning once, until shrimp are pink.
