Grilled Shrimp

  • 2 lb. large shrimp, shelled
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. Italian dressing mix
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. sesame salt
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Wash, shrimp and drain on paper towels.

    Mix salad oil, lemon juice, salad dressing mix, salt and pepper.

    Place shrimp in bowl and pour over marinade.

    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Lift shrimp from marinade with slotted spoon and place on grill.

    Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade.

    Pour remaining marinade into saucepan and stir in brown sugar, soy sauce and onion.

    Heat to boiling.

    Serve as a dip for shrimp.
