- 2 pounds large shrimp, unshelled
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 cup beer (or lemon juice)
- 2 tsp. Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
Directions

1Wash shrimp and drain on paper towels. Mix ingredients and marinate shrimp 2-4 hours. Grill about 5 minutes per side. Pour remaining marinade into a saucepan and heat to boiling. Serve as a dip for the shrimp.
