  • 4 cloves Garlic, Roasted
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Mint Leaves, Divided
  • 17 whole Raw Shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 6 teaspoons Cold Water
  • 1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice

    Start preparing a day in advance.

    Crush the garlic cloves with a fork.

    Mix in the oil and the 1 teaspoon of dried mint then add the raw shrimp and let marinate overnight.

    In another bowl with a cover, mix all the sauce ingredients (fish sauce, water, Hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, maple syrup and lime juice) and keep in the fridge till the next day.

    When youre ready to eat them the next day, start the grill or heat your pan and cook your shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
