- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 None tomatoes, seeded and chopped coarsely
- 1/2 None red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 None tuna steaks
- 2 oz baby arugula leaves
Directions

1Combine the juice, oil and mustard in a medium bowl. Add tomato and onion; toss to coat.

2Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Spray tuna with no stick cooking spray. Season. Cook 2-3 mins per side or until just cooked.

3Gently toss the arugula with the tomato mixture; serve with the tuna.
