- 1 lb. breast of turkey (Louis Rich, Butterball, etc.)
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Cut turkey into four 1/2-inch slices.

2Place in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.

3Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

4Grill turkey 3 to 4 inches from hot coals, about 10 minutes, turning once.
