- 1 whole turkey, any size
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle olive oil
- poultry dry rub seasonings
- charcoal
Directions

1Set the pan in grill.

2Arrange the charcoal around the pan.

3Pull pan out.

4Light charcoal.

5While waiting for the charcoal to be ready, remove gizzards.

6In a bowl mix some olive oil and chicken rub.

7Brush onto turkey.

8When coals are ready, put pan back in place.

9This will catch the drippings.

10Put the turkey directly on the grill racks.

11This will cook 10 minutes for every pound.

12Every 10 to 15 minutes reapply olive oil/rub mixture.

13The turkey is done when the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
