- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 6 artichoke hearts, canned
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into squares
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into squares
- 1 small red onion, cut into sixths
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- garlic salt
- seasoned salt
Directions

1On six skewers, alternately thread vegetables, separating onion layers.

2Brush vegetables on all sides with oil.

3Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt and seasoned salt.

4Broil kabobs on rack in boiler pan, about 5 minutes on each side.

5May be cooked on barbecue grill, about 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
