  • 1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 None sweet red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 None zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 None yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
  • 6 None scallions, trimmed
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic tomato dressing, like Kraft

Directions

    Preheat grill. Coat vegetables with cooking spray, season and sprinkle with cayenne. Grill for 3-5 mins, or until just tender, turning occasionally. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
