- 10 frankfurters
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
Directions

1Pat frankfurters dry.

2Mix baking mix, water and cheese until soft dough forms.

3Beat vigorously 20 strokes.

4Divide dough into 10 equal parts.

5Pat one part dough around each frankfurter with floured hands, forming a thin covering.

6(At this point, wrapped franks can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours.)

7Grill 4 inches from hot coals, turning frequently, until brown, about 15 minutes.
