- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (No. 1) can bean sprouts, drained
Directions

1Brown onion and celery in butter.

2Remove from pan.

3Brown beef and rice.

4Combine soup, water, soy sauce, pepper, celery and onion.

5Stir in bean sprouts.

6Lightly bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350° in 2-quart dish.

7Serve warm over crunchy Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
