  • 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. peas, cooked
  • 1/2 c. carrots, cooked
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix, prepared

Directions

    Shape biscuit dough into ball.

    Roll into 8 x 14-inch rectangle.

    Combine next 5 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Spread evenly on dough.

    Roll as for jelly roll from long side. Slice in 1-inch thick pieces.

    Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until brown.

    Add peas and carrots to prepared gravy, mixing well.

    Pour over pinwheels. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
