- 2 lb. ground beef (if use venison, 2 lb. with 1 lb. pork sausage)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- pinch of mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Directions

1Blend all thoroughly, form into rolls 18 inches long and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

2Wrap in foil.

3Refrigerate 24 hours.

4Poke holes in foil; place on broiler pan and bake at 325° for 90 minutes.

5Unwrap to cool.

6Wrap in plastic wrap to store.
