- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 bag frozen California mixed veggies
- 1 (8 oz.) shredded cheese
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Make patties and place in bottom of casserole.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt.

3Slice potatoes and layer over top of meat.

4Salt and pepper lightly.

5Layer frozen veggies over potatoes.

6Chop onion and layer over top of veggies.

7Add mushrooms.

8Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375° or until done.
