  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 8 to 10 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 bag frozen California mixed veggies
  • 1 (8 oz.) shredded cheese
  • garlic salt
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Make patties and place in bottom of casserole.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt.

    Slice potatoes and layer over top of meat.

    Salt and pepper lightly.
  5. 5
    Layer frozen veggies over potatoes.

    Chop onion and layer over top of veggies.

    Add mushrooms.

    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375° or until done.
